One or two sentences. Your name. Your date of birth.
That’s it.
From there I connect the dots. I find the filing cabinets, dust them off, look inside and locate the old outdated files that have been running your life.
Think of it like the Good Doctor mapping a diagnosis backwards. I don’t start with the symptom and guess. I follow the trail until I find the root. The specific file. The specific moment it was created. The specific reason it’s still active.
Then I clear it.
You don’t have to relive your history.
You don’t have to sit with your trauma.
You don’t have to spend an hour in your feelings or write anything down.
You go about your day. The work happens without you.
the difference
That breadcrumb leads me to the filing cabinet.
The filing cabinet leads me to the file.
The file leads me to the moment it was created… sometimes decades ago, sometimes inherited before you were even born.
Once I find it, I clear it. Not manage it. Not cope with it. Clear it.
The Deep Release Method was built from that understanding. It exists because everything else was working at the wrong level.
THE RESULTS
I had a message just this week from a client who came to me struggling with work and life feeling stuck and stagnant.
Days after her session, nine of her old clients booked in with her in just one week. NINE! She described feeling lighter, brighter, with a sense of excitement about the future she hadn’t felt in years.
That’s not unusual.
When the file that’s been blocking a specific area of life gets cleared, the area moves. Sometimes quietly. Sometimes in ways that stop you in your tracks.
Many of my clients stay because the deeper we go, the better their lives become. Each session finds the next file. Each file cleared makes way for something newer, better, more flowing.
who am i
I spent a decade mentoring over 6,000 entrepreneurs before I transitioned fully into this work. I understand systems, data, and what actually shifts behaviour… not just what sounds good in theory.
I’ve had a sensitivity to energy since I was eleven years old. I didn’t have a name for it then. I do now. Since then I’ve trained in multiple modalities, honed what came naturally, and had life throw enough shizzle my way to come out the other side with absolute certainty that this is exactly what I’m meant to be doing.
I’ve lived it. I’ve cleared my own filing cabinet, and I’m still finding files worth shredding.
That’s why I don’t judge what’s in yours.
I work with women who are done with talking and ready for something that reaches the part nothing else has.
at a glance
Understanding what is actually happening
Your filing cabinet is full of experiences, absorbed beliefs and decisions you made about yourself to get through it, stored, still active, still sending instructions as if nothing has changed. Over time the system becomes overloaded. Your subconscious already knows exactly what needs to be cleared. My role is to find it… clearly, precisely, without you having to explain your entire history.
Clearing what your system is ready to let go of
Once I know what is active, I use the Deep Release Method to clear it. The specific trapped emotions, the beliefs you inherited before you had a choice, the moments that got stored instead of released. You do not have to relive your past. Your system shows the root and I help it let go.
What begins to shift after the clearing
As the files clear, things begin to move. Emotional reactions breathe a sign of relief. The mind becomes clearer. The areas of life that felt stuck start to flow. Your behaviour shifts without forcing willpower. You begin to see yourself and your life differently, because you are no longer looking through the filters of old data. Change becomes natural rather than effortful.
your filing cabinet
Your subconscious has been filing everything that ever happened to you.
Every significant experience, every moment of stress, loss, shame, fear, or overwhelm, got stored. Not just the memory. The whole pattern. The physical signals, the emotions, the circumstances, all filed together in the moment it happened.
When something similar shows up later in life, your subconscious retrieves that file and runs the same response. As if the original event is still happening.
But the response keeps running. Underneath everything you’ve consciously tried to change.
That’s the level I work at.
