What Energy Detective Provides

Energy Detective offers remote, asynchronous energy-based sessions and programmes using the Deep Release Method™. Work is carried out by Nicky on your behalf, at a distance, without a live call or in-person appointment.

Depending on the product or programme you have purchased, delivery may include:

• A personalised video recording of session findings
• Written session notes or summaries
• Digital resources, workbooks, or lesson materials
• Structured multi-session programmes with defined scope and duration

The exact format and scope of each offer is described on the relevant sales or product page. Nothing in this agreement expands that scope beyond what was purchased.

What Energy Work Is — and Is Not

The Deep Release Method™ is a complementary, energy-based approach. It is not a form of medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Energy work is intended to support emotional clarity, energetic balance, and personal wellbeing. It works alongside — and does not replace — professional medical or mental health care.

Results vary between individuals and cannot be predicted or guaranteed. Your outcomes will depend on factors including personal history, emotional readiness, and individual energy patterns.

Scope of Work and What Falls Outside It

Energy Detective works within a defined scope. The following fall outside that scope and cannot be addressed within any session or programme:

If any of the above applies to your situation, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified medical or mental health professional. Energy Detective is not the right fit for clients whose primary need is clinical mental health care.

Nicky reserves the right to decline or discontinue work with any client where the session content moves into territory outside this scope — without refund where sessions have already been delivered.

Mental Health and Medication — Your Responsibility to Disclose

Energy work can surface emotions, memories, and patterns that have been held below conscious awareness. For most people, this is a normal and manageable part of the process.

However, if you are currently experiencing — or have a history of — significant mental health challenges, it is important that this is disclosed before work begins.

Failure to disclose this information does not transfer responsibility to Energy Detective. You remain fully responsible for the information you provide at intake and throughout the working relationship.

Energy Detective does not provide advice on psychiatric medication under any circumstances. If you have questions about your medication, please consult your prescribing doctor.

Your Responsibilities as a Client

By purchasing or booking, you confirm and agree to the following:

• You are 18 years of age or older (or have parental consent where applicable)
• The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You will disclose any relevant medical or mental health information before sessions begin
• You will seek professional medical or mental health support where this is needed
• You will not discontinue or alter prescribed treatment based on anything provided by Energy Detective
• You understand that energy work is a complementary support, not a replacement for professional care
• You accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing and the decisions you make

Remote Sessions — How This Works

All sessions with Energy Detective are carried out remotely and asynchronously. There are no live calls, video appointments, or in-person meetings.

By purchasing or booking, you give explicit consent for Nicky to carry out remote energetic work on your behalf, using the details and intentions you provide at intake.

You are not required to be present during the session. Nicky will work at the scheduled or allocated time and deliver findings to you as described on your product or programme page.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared with Energy Detective is held in strict confidence. This includes your intake details, session content, and any disclosures made during the working relationship.

Information will not be shared with any third party except:

• Where required by law
• Where disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or another person

Processing and After-Effects

Energy work can sometimes result in a period of processing after a session. This may include temporary emotional sensitivity, tiredness, vivid dreams, or the surfacing of old feelings. This is a normal part of energetic release and typically passes within 24–72 hours.

If you experience anything that concerns you following a session, please contact hello@energydetective.online. If you experience a mental health crisis at any time, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services immediately.

Programme Terms (Rewire and Intensive Clients)

Refund and cancellation terms for individual products and programmes are set out on the relevant sales page at the point of purchase.

For Rewire and Intensive programmes, the following additionally apply:

• Sessions are carried out promptly following intake — once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable
• Unused sessions do not roll over unless agreed in writing
• Programmes are non-transferable to another individual
• Where Nicky determines that the work falls outside scope, she reserves the right to discontinue the programme with a pro-rata refund for undelivered sessions only

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Nicola Williams and Energy Detective are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, harm, or damage resulting from:

• Your use of any session, programme, or digital product
• Reliance on any information provided
• Decisions made as a result of or following a session
• Emotional responses arising during or after energy work

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Agreement and Governing Law

By purchasing a product, booking a session, or accessing client materials, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Client Agreement
• You agree to its terms
• You accept full responsibility for your participation and wellbeing

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction.

This agreement may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
